Who We Help
Children
Ages 0-12
Parents or caregivers may seek counseling for their child for many reasons, including behavioral issues, emotional regulation, anxiety, stress, depression and more. Therapy aims to provide children support, validation and interventions to help them overcome challenges, build resilience and thrive emotionally and socially.
Teens
Ages 13-19
Teenagers may seek therapy for a variety of reasons, as adolescence is a period of significant growth, change, and challenges. This may include mental health concerns like depression, anxiety or panic attacks, to name a few. It may also include stress or academic pressure, peer relationships, social issues, family conflict, trauma or abuse & more.
Adults
Ages 18+
As adults grow and navigate the complexities of life, relationships and personal growth, they may experience the need for therapy. Whether it is depression, stress management, life transitions, relationship issues or trauma, therapy offers a confidential and supportive space for adults to explore these concerns and work towards positive changes.
Couples
For all couples
Romantic adult relationships are complex and oftentimes bring challenges that result in couples seeking therapy. This may include communication issues, conflict resolution, intimacy and connection, infidelity or trust issues, blended families and step-parenting and so much more.
